Experimenting with the Initial Screen

I am experimenting with the initial screen for a user with Dynamics365 Finance and Operations

I get the Default Dashboard option - pretty standard

But when I choose another option (in user preferences) it still appears as if it is the Default Dashboard

I think my setup may be overriding it as other users can have other layouts for their Initial screen.

Any ideas?

    Hi,

    What setup did you do?

    The default Initial page is default dashboard, others can change their initial page.

    I am thinking of Dynamics Finance and Operations.

    I initially used the Personalize option to import a screen layout from another user.

    From that point it seems that changing my default in User Settings has no impact to my user.
