Does the new add-on (attach) licensing model allow Business Central licensing holders to add other Dynamics products (such as the CRM related products) for $20 per user?

Please do raise a ticket via:

(search for licenses).

Usually these questions had to be submitted to Order Management via:

mbs.microsoft.com/.../ContactUs

PartnerSource Retirement

On April 17, 2020, PartnerSource will be replaced by a central landing page on the Microsoft partner website (partner.microsoft.com) for partners to access Dynamics on-premises resources.

PartnerSource Business Center (PSBC) is NOT being retired. All current transactional activities, such as placing an order, viewing your order status, ordering partner service plans, and operational requests, remain within PSBC.

Yes, attach licenses for D365 Sales and D365 Customer Service are now available with Business Central. This is covered in the BC licensing guide which is available through below link. Please be welcome to send further questions to askpts@microsoft.com as well.
