Can someone please guide or provide some solution for Sending Excel generated through Excel Buffer and attaching it to Email using New Email Functionality. For eg. in Analysis View there is an action to Export the data through Excel that uses Excel Buffer for generating Excel. So, I want to send that Excel generated through Excel Buffer through Email and that to with New Email functionality.

I got stuck at the function SaveToStream in Excel Buffer. It doesn't seem to work for OnCloud versions.

Any help is really appreciated.

I have the same question (0)

Actually there was a bug in Microsoft Code in the Codeunit "Export Analysis View" in the Event "OnAfterExportData" as the first parameter wasn't passed with reference (through var). So they updated this Code in version 18.5 and this error got resolved as then system started storing the reference of the Path of the Exported File.

Hi, you can use Instream and OutStream objects along with the "TempBlob" codeunit to achieve this.

This is a good place to start www.kauffmann.nl/.../

New Email Functionality is Ok but attaching Excel Report generated through Excel Buffer is the issue. I am not getting way out for it. How can I attach this Excel Report generated through Excel Buffer directly to the Email (on OnCloud)?
