CRM 2013 + Exchange Server email tracking issue with CRM users

I am having some weird issue with Dynamics CRM 2013 + Exchange Server, all emails SYnc and Tracking works fine. But when I do send a email to my internal user/email id, and when that User replied back to that email lets say using web email interface. It is not showing that reply inside CRM activities. CRM has Server Side Sync enabled.

    Hi Gurpreet,

    Is the issue with all the emails and for all the user's mailboxes or just a few?

    Hello Vijay,

    Thanks for reply atleast someone responded. See email sync tracking all working perfectly. Issue is only when some from my company reply to a email send by my company employee. So there is no one on that email from outside. For outsider everything works fine. Here outsiders are clients.contacts.accounts etc basically non crm user email addresses. Let me know if there is any cinfusion

    Hi,

    We can enable the below option from Settings> Administration> System Settings> Email tab> Enable the option "Track emails sent between CRM users as two activities"
