How to Create another user in Trial version

Hi,

i am Using Trial version, i created Trail version through my Organization email ID

Now i want to create one more user.

Is it possible to Create on Trail Version, if yes please guide me

trial users need to go trough an approval process to join trails instances, steps are mentioned with details below,

Hi,

Following are the two scenarios possible:

If you have created a new trial org where your email is something like, youruser@yourorg.onmicrosoft.com, then you can goto portal.admin.com under O365 admin, create a new account and give the license for Dynamics 365 CE. And in few minutes, the user should be added to list of active users in your d365 environment. Give them necessary roles, and it should work.

If you have created trial environment in your existing org, then your org's Global admin has to assign the trial license to the other user. And then the user will be visible in list of active users you can then assign roles to the user.

Hello Partner,

Since you have a system administrator privileges, you can go through this simple guide to add new users:

1. Go to the admin center at https://admin.microsoft.com.

2. Go to Users > Active users, and select Add a user.

Also you may find there a sample users (such as Molly Clark), you could just use its usernames and passwords (configurable in the admin center) to let other people access your trial system. You can adjust their permissions there as well.

all trial users need to be added trough an approval process described here, however if after the user is created and a license is assign if you go to the

power platform https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/environments

environment settings

user + permissions

+ user

this message will prompt and user was added to the environment,

add a security role and user will be able to access.

this will skip the approval process.
