Hello All Experts,

I am getting an error when trying to qualify lead.

i got know there is one plugin step that caused the step.

first i have disable the step i am able to qualify the lead.

after that i have changed the Run in User's context from calling user to Administrator user then also it's working.

This plugin is from some third party vendor, so i am not able to debug this plugin.

i doub't on there could be an issue of permission. but that issue is not yet figure out by me.

is there any shortcut way to capture the log or something to understand what exactly is causing this issue to happend.

    Hi,

Please refer to the following documentation to know how to capture the log of plug-ins.

Logging and tracing (Microsoft Dataverse) - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs

Also, you can use the Plugin Trace Viewer tool in XrmToolBox to investigate the Plug-in Trace Log easily.
