Hi all

Trying to go live with the new Vendor Bank approval workflow in version 10.0.33.

I have set up a workflow, with an email notifying the approver that they have an approval task. When they click the link in the email, it comes up with an error message:

/You are unable to navigate directly to this menu item vendbankaccounts/.

The user definitely does have access to this page, and can manually select the bank account and access the approval task. But the link in the email does not work.

Is there a solution for this?

Hi Benken10,

The reason a user gets the error is that the Vendor bank account page is not directly available in the main menu. You can read more about this in my blog: Is a privilege the only check for granting access to forms? - Dynamicspedia
