Auto Save A form that is created from a workflow

hey every one hope you are well 

i have a form that is created from a workflow and i have have some business rules and workflows that is activated after the record creation which force the user to enter to the from to save it ,if possible how can i make the system auto save the form after its already created and without the user Interventions with the form at all do not open it or anything.

    Hi Alaa Mezian crm,

    Usually, when ever a form is updated through workflow or business rule, it will be saved automatically.

    Check any script which you have on form load, and add the below line to the end of the function which is called on load.

    if (Xrm.Page.data.entity.getIsDirty()) {

      Xrm.Page.data.save();  

    }

    else you can add the system setting to automatically save the form when ever a change has been made as below

    Will thanks alot sardar thats clearfy some stuff ,i should now refraise the question formula

    is there any way that the business rule will be activated without opening the form <is there an alternative if so please inform me.

    Hi Alaa Mezian crm,

    Yes, business rules can be executed at the server side, without the need of opening the form. To do this, just change the scope of business rule to "Entity".

    thanks sardar for the feed back

    i am facing a problem setting the scope of the business rule to an entity scope

    that might be occurring because the record form that the business rule will be applied for is created from a workflow i gusse

    any way i am facing this error run validation fauiler you cant create this rule because its contain cyclical reference

    please keep in mind after the record is created from a workflow a business rule will apply to calculate something which change some fields values Now i want all this to autosave with the user interaction with the created form and by that i mean without opening it , save it , or update it ,Also after some transaction occur another business rule will be triggered based on some conditions here two i dont want the user to save i want the form to auto save everything ,Sorry for the long reply but i am trying to clarify my issue
