Can someone help me understand the difference between Sign Out and Sign Out and Forget Me (CRM>Sign Out...)? And in what circumstances is each applied?

I would assume that a simple 'Sign Out' would just eliminate the CRM session but remembers your credentials to access the CRM - And 'Sign Out and Forget Me' would be the opposite, but forgetting your credentials after sign out. This would require you to re-enter your email/password to go back into the CRM the next time.

You're right. This has been our experience but do you have any insight as to why you would use one option versus the other? What scenarios would prompt a user to use one option instead of the other? Thanks.

Probably just an extra, simple security measure to prevent unwanted people/users from seeing your username. This is normal functionality for any cloud/web-based application with a member database.

What I know , CRM has Sign out, if you are specifically not selecting the checkbox to remember your credentials. For IFD like CRM Online and for CRM on premise it's always Sign out and Forget me

    Thanks,
