I tried launching Marketing Forms on my site the other day, but realized they wouldn't load due to a common ad blocker. This is an ad blocker used by millions. I also checked other ad blockers and the same problem. Apparently svc.dynamics.com is being blocked by a lot of these tools because of the cookies.
Anyone else come across this problem and developed a workaround?
Our audience also happens to be IT, so I bet the use of ad blockers is even higher in that community.
In my opinion, Microsoft should serve the forms from a different domain then. So if a person blocks cookies, the forms would still work.
Any suggestions welcome.
Hi,
Have you tried to add some sites to the trusted sites and see if there is any difference?
Like support.microsoft.com/.../internet-accessible-urls-required-for-connectivity-to-microsoft-dynami
Try also the one you said svc.dynamics.com
Yes this is high on my priority list. It also only seemed to have happened recently. Our target group is also ICT and I can guarantee you that at least 30% of our visitors use adblockers.
You can use form capturing, but that still does not support matching to subscription lists currently.
