we want to credit this SO, just about the price, not concerning about the goods, so follow the SOP, but it always show the error / warning message. May we kindly know what is the cause of this? Thank you!
This warning message States that you have specified serial number or batch number or some other information that is listed below in reservation hierarchy is specified on order line. Since you are using Advanced warehouse, the system doesn't support setting up these dimensions on the order line.
Are you able to process order though?

What happened to the items? Did the customer return them and do you want to put them back into your warehouse or do you want to create a new SO line only that you need to create the credit note?
