Hi,
May I know is there anyway I can make Dynamics GP system to auto generate Sales Invoice into PDF, based on a time schedule without user manually triggering it from GP application?

Yes, it can be done. But through customization.

Yes there are some 3rd party ISV software that can do that.. One is called GP AGent and does allow for various automated / scheduled tasks to be performed un-attended in GP.
