Outlook integration into Multiple CRM instance

Hi!

I am quite new to CRM.

Is there a way to integrate 1 Outlook into 2 CRM instances?

So that when an email arrives, a user can choose whether to add Account/Contact/Opportunity to CRM1 or CRM2.

Kindly let me know if my illustration is unclear. I can further expound!

    "Only one Dynamics 365 for Outlook instance can be designated as the Synchronizing Dynamics 365 for Outlook instance. "

    And following link also mentions that Outlook App Doesn’t Like Multiple Dynamics 365 Instances:

    "the feature of the traditional Outlook Client that is able to keep the configuration of multiple instances and switching on which one that becomes the syncing org, seems to be not available for the Outlook App."

    Hi Partner,


    At any point of time one outlook instance can be associated to one CRM instance only.

    If User wants to sync the emails to CRM Instance 2 . Mailbox of the user in CRM Instance 1 has to be deactivated. IN CRM Instance 2 , test and enable mailbox has to be run and syncronization should be enabled between outlook and crm instance.
