Locked Registration Count on Events

Hey Guys!

We have an event that's hosted through on24 (webinar) in Dynamics. We've noticed the registration count is always 0 for the events, and its locked. Is that something that comes from on24 or it can be changed within Dynamics to allow registration tracking?

    This info comes via on24 integration, hence shows as locked on user interface. the value will get updated as per the integration

    So if ours is not updating even with registrations from on24, then it's an issue with the on24 integration?
