We have a CRM workflow in place which is triggered on record creation and waits until 1 day before the start time being defined on that record. At that moment the workflow sends a simple email.
Recently we noticed that this workflow is stuck (forever) in the waiting status for certain records while on other records it still works as expected. The workflows being stuck are suddenly set to a date with year 9999 in the postpone until field while for workflows still ok, this is a correct date in the future.
We performed some tests and can't seem to find where it goes wrong as it seems quite random.
Does somebody experienced something similar or has an idea on what we can further do to troubleshoot this issue?
