Hi
We have a requirement, where we need to create an appointment entity on creation of some custom entity record. Once appointment entity created, this should reflect in outlook as a meeting invite.
There are some constraints here.
1. User doesn't want to install any kind of outlook plugin ( either Dynamic CRM for outlook or Dynamics CRM APP for outlook).
Our environment is Dynamics CRM 365 On-premise and not IFD.
Exchange server could be either online or on-premise. ( I have to verify with Exchange team).

If not possible without installing any outlook plugin, how about Dynamics CRM APP for outlook and what are the consideration to implement this.
According to Microsoft docs
-
Configure your Dynamics 365 server for Internet-facing deployment. See Configure IFD for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
-
If you are using Dynamics 365 on-premises, you need to enable OAuth on the Dynamics server, and register the Dynamics 365 App for Outlook with ADFS. You also need to make sure that OAuth us enabled for Exchange. See Configure Windows Server 2012 R2 for Dynamics 365 applications that use OAuth.
If there any work around without implementing IFD and oAuth. I know, we have limited options, but it is client requirement.
Thanks
