i have problem one of my users can't press on new on this form (mange charges from all purchases order)

i think from role this is was his role

so i create new privilege and i add it into new role to solve this problem

here my privilege (ManageCharge)

then i created new role and name it same (ManageCharge) and i do this steps

but still can't press on new on mange charges from all purchases order

Mohammed,

Trying assigning System admin role to the users and check if you are able to create a new record. If you can create one, then you need to dig into security roles to fix it up. But on the other hand, even after assigning admin role, if the New button is disabled, then start debugging the code.

Place the breakpoint in the active() of MarkupTrans DS and check if it turns to be True or False and from there you will be able to find the reason.

just add this duty to your role PurchOrderMaintain with label Maintain purchase orders

or assign this user to Buying agent role
