Chat widget is opening in fullscreen

Hi Experts,
 
I am facing an issue which I was not facing before. Before the chat widget opens in a rectangle size but now when I click the chat button it opens in full screen. I have even followed the below documentation and article where they used data-customization-callback but still the webchat opens fullscreen.
 
 
 
I even checked the MS Documentation for Customizing live chat widgets using data tags
 
But i do not see data-customization-callback data tag in there. Is this tag deprecated? 

Does any one knows how to resolve this and do not allow the chatbot to take the entire browser screen?

    Can you share code snippets of what you used? Just to double check, you are you using the v2 version of the script?
     
    As far as I am aware that tag is not deprecated. That tag is mentioned in that doc you also shared: 
     
    Did you also double check the video they shared, that might give you some good pointers as well?
