Hi - I am new to GP so please forgive me if this is a stupid question. We use the Record Notes section extensively and users now report that they can only display part of the notes that are there for some customers. They have to print them to their screen to see all of them. When they print the report out, it is four 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of text and other characters. Is there a limit to the amount of information they can view on their screen or is something wrong? Thank you in advance for your help.
