Is there a limit on the amount of Record Notes that can be displayed?

Hi - I am new to GP so please forgive me if this is a stupid question.  We use the Record Notes section extensively and users now report that they can only display part of the notes that are there for some customers.  They have to print them to their screen to see all of them.  When they print the report out, it is four 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of text and other characters.  Is there a limit to the amount of information they can view on their screen or is something wrong? Thank you in advance for your help.

    What are you trying to print in order to get the Record Notes? Which report are you using?

    Hi Leslie - We are actually trying to view all of the Customer Record Notes on the screen rather than print them.  Some customers have a lot of notes.  We were only printing them as a way to see them all.  We did discover that if you maximize the notes screen, all of the notes are visible.  If you shrink the notes window down, the scroll bar on the right only works up to a certain point.  Is this by design or are we doing something wrong?

    You can set the default size that the notes window opens by adjusting an entry in the Dex.ini file. This is the setting that will open the window big.
