We are work with Dynamics 365 July update unified app mobile client and we add one HTML web resource in dashboard. but, we facing issue with size of html page shown on mobile.
Anyone have idea we handle this size of HTML page in Dynamics 365 July update unified app.

How to close HTML webresource using JS in Unified Interface App?
This is very broad topic, there are many reasons for such behaviour. Unified Interface is simply showing the same as your browser if you have small window. Simply do the test - make you Dynamics 365 windows smaller (just about the size of the phone) and check how your custom html looks like and simply fix the CSS and HTML structure to fit the smaller window. Of course this is quite a general answer but also your question is really general, we don't even know what you have inside this WebResource. You should also google "responsive web page" or use some existing responsive frameworks to build you WebResource to solve this problem
