When does RMS look at your stock on hand when doing a Physical Inventory count ?

When does RMS look at my stock on hand when I'm doing a Physical Inventory count,

-Is it when it is counted (counted date) or when I push calculate ?

Next question:

-If I need to recount some lines When does RMS look at my stock on hand, or does it just update what I have already counted and not look at stock on hand again ?

Last question:

-I should have 4 units of one line but I counted 3, If I sell 2 units after I have calculated my Physical Inventory count but before I commit it what does RMS do ... does it adjust my stock on hand to 3 or will it just take 1 unit away from the current stock on hand number ?

If you can't answer all questions thats fine, what ever help you can provide will be amazing.

When u hit calculate, it calculates based on what the stock on hand was for each item at that item's count time. So if u sold an item after u counted it, as long as the count time for that line item is before the sale, it takes that into consideration. If you are counting with a printed report, just set all of the count date/times on the count to match when you printed the report. Then you can simply enter what you counted compared to the reports on hand numbers, and it will match up the differences
