Even if customization has been done in the main solution, you can still create a new solution and transfer the customization there. This wiil be a good base for future customizations.

If you still wish to use the main solution, just do step 4 and 5 of Shawn procedure directly from this main solution.

    Hi Sanjeev,

It is not a good practice to make customization in the main solution.

You should have a solution that contains only your customizations.

Therefore, I suggest that you follow the procedure given by shawn.

    Best regards,

    Laurent

    RE: D365 CRM Migration

    1. Create  a new solution ( Settings > Customization > solutions)

    2. Give appropriate name for the solution.

    3. Add Entities/Web resources(Javascript)/plugins) to the solution.

    4. Export as Unmanaged Solution from source environment ( in your case UAT).

5.Import  Solution into Target environment (Prod).

    6. Verify the functionality, if any missing repeat from step 3 by adding missing components.
