Hello,

Has anyone experienced issues with the pick worksheet?

First issue is that not all production orders are showing in the get documents option. We have no filters applied. We only get about 5 orders, but should be seeing about 100 orders.

Second issue, I cannot get other pick worksheet batches/templates to work. The warehouse employee is assigned to multiple locations, there are pick templates created, but we cannot switch to create picks for another location.

Pick Worksheet Issues

There are no issues with the orders or a filter. Strange thing, created a new RPO this morning and that showed in the list but other transactions still aren't.

check if there are any filters applied to the "Get Documents" option, and ensure the production orders are in a "Released" status with valid warehouse locations.
