"Cannot edit RetailInventTable" when releasing products

When trying to Release a product I get the following error and I am not really wanting to run Retail. Does anyone know what to do to get past this?

"One or more products cannot be released. Validate open product releases in the Open product releases form to identify the reason, and try again."

Then the Reason is:

"Cannot edit a record in Item table (RetailInventTable).
The record has never been selected."

Hi Yusli,

Do you have to login as Admin... my Released Product Details (step 3 on your screenshot) is greyed out

I followed Idris.Yoosoof instruction and was able to release product or create a new record from Released product

I have the same error when I release product. I try to do as Idris.Yoosoof suggestion but still cannot release product. Do you have any other idea?

Quick Fix - Go to the AOT - Data Dictionary - Tables - RetailInventTable

Look at the properties

Remove the configuration key RetailHeadquarters and leave it blank.

You should be able to create products now

it looks like there is config issue with some products that you have selected. Do you get the list of the products that are not released?
