After updating Management Reporter 2012 to RU7 our existing links to Excel will not work. Whenever a worksheet link is included for a node in the tree the report appears to complete normally with no errors. The node is included in the report output but all data fields are blank. When the worksheet link is removed the report is populated with SL data. The Excel file is located on the MR server.

Butch,
Thanks for you suggestion. I re-installed the Access Database engine as well as the MR client but this did not resolve the issue.
I think I would try reinstalling the Access database engine. It's possible the upgrade broke a .dll registration or something.
Yes. The Excel file is located on the MR server and MR service account has permissions. Prior to the CU7 update the link was working OK. If the Excel file is located on a drive where the account does not have permissions it fails. With the file on the server the report runs to completion but the report for the node that is linked has no data from the Excel file or the SL company.
It runs without incident here.
Does the AD account running the services have permissions to the Excel file and the folder it is in?
