Pin Power BI Tile into F&O Workspace

Hi,

Is there someone here used to "pin" Power BI Tile to F&O Workspace ?

I need some advice on how we usually align those Tiles when it is already in Workspace. To me it is very frustrating since we can't drag it to a position we want and actually we cannot even click because it bring to PowerBI.com.

I tried to open Tile with KPIs first, lets say 2 then make it the smallest. it will arranged in the edge vertically, then if I added another Tile which contain chart, by which I expect to be just besides those KPI but big, sometimes the KPI tiles mess up again, then it is very frustrating to align it again.

Anyone has a trick or tips for this ?

Just to give some clue on what I'm talking about:

This is from the 1st "tiling" ->

After add new Tile, which is a chart tile ->

and it is a hell way to adjust the position. Please help.

Thanks in advance

    Hi Blue,

    You mean like this :

The workspace is not created through Visual Studio, so I hope I pointed it correctly.

    Thanks,

    Hi Tony,

    No ,It's not code.

It's Form's design. can you share your screenshot?

    Hi Blue,

Yes it is from the same Tab page. But looking at your questions, is it maybe you're referring to building Workspace though code in Visual Studio ?

If yes, then it is not through code, my issue is when we create Workspace from the frontend, and then open from that blank workspace, we can go to menu and manually pin from Tile/Report/Dashboard Catalog.

    Thanks,

    Hi Tony,

These three tiles belong to the same tab page? What pattern is assigned? Or multiple Tab levels? There can set their "Arrange method" property.

Can you share their setting properties?
