Hi, I am trying to reroute a queue item on a queue to a different queue. The item I am trying to move was created automatically and assigned to an advanced queue.
When I pick, release or route the item to a different queue I get this error. Has anyone experienced this before? How can I resolve this? It's only happening for advanced queues, for basic queues I am able to pick, release and route.
