Is Commerce Scale Unit Available by Default in Installed VHD from LCS?

I have downloaded the VHD for Finance and Operations 10.0.41 from LCS. After installing the VM, will the Commerce Scale Unit trial version be available by default? If it is not available, how can I set up the Commerce Scale Unit on my VM without a subscription for a limited time.

Please suggest a way to get the Commerce Scale Unit into my installed VM."
