Notes issue in entity form

Hello Everyone !

I have added notes in my custom entity. In dynamics portal when i choose file from system and save, then file does not save through dynamics portal in CRM. Can anyone tell me how to solve this?

There are multiple reasons for this behavior. Are you carefully read the original documentation (docs.microsoft.com/.../configure-notes) including entity-permission section ?

Starting with "Change Tracking" attribute is not set on one of your custom entities, so changes to it not dynamically updated at the portal.

Or other issues with notes attachments itself, like invalid or not-allowed mime type of uploaded file, etc.

Also please note, file is preserved in Notes section of the entity as annotation with file attached. It is possible you are looking for a file in different place in CRM.
