logic app to trigger D365 workflow from sharepoint list

Hi,

I am creating a logic app to grab new items created from a sharepoint list and update a dummy record in D365 to trigger a workflow email.

The issue I am having is that I can have multiple records created in the sharepoint list and the D365 workflow will trigger the correct amount of times but send the emails multiple emails to the first new item on the list.

I think I need a delay... but unsure on how to get this to work.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.

    Hi

You could consider triggering the workflow directly from your Logic App. You do not have to create dummy records for this. Please follow the link below

The above link is related to flow but the same should work in Logic App.
