Dynamic Marketing List Use Query NOT working - Dynamics CRM 365

Hi,

I am creating Dynamics Marketing List in dynamics 365 for the contacts. Then trying to use a Query where Contact's Job Title contains "Astro" and it is returning me 2 contacts in the Query as it can be seen below

Then i click on Use Query button, but rather loading these contacts from the query, CRM is displaying all the contacts from the system.

I have tried using different browsers but no help, i couldn't find what is going on with the system.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

    We have not had resolution yet, but we have used the lists several times and it does appear to be a 'display only' issue.  When using the Marketing List the filter works as desired.  Hope this helps!!

    I'm having the same issue with "Contacts" in Dynamics 365 on premise V8 .Did you find a solution???

    Guys,

    I just did a quick in the Production Environment. I created Dynamic Marketing list and Query was only returning 3 contacts. However, in the list more than 5000+ contacts were populated. I created quick campaign and sent the email out and Email was only sent to those 3 contacts.

    Microsoft has agreed it's a bug at their end but as of now they don't have a date of when this will be fixed. This is just a display thing but behind the scene it is working as per the query selected. If you use this list to create Campaign or a Mail Merge; the list if contacts will be picked up based on the query.

    This is what they said in the ticket.

    Issue :-==================

    User <xyz> has an issue when go to(Sales> Marketing List> Select List of Contact with type Dynamic) system show him all the member but not the member that he select from the query in the org "xyz.crm.dynamics.com"

    Cause :-==================

    Non-defect (Bug)

    Resolution:-================

    You need to wait until the issue would be solved. The bug does not have an specific time for fix.

    We have the same exact issue... but it appears that the query is being successfully saved to the marketing list even though is not displaying the correct member count.

    I've used the XrmToolBox application with the "Marketing List Manager" plugin and is showing me that the query field has the correct fetchXML and if you click on "Force Member Count" it will show you the correct member count.

    Has there been any updates from CRM developer regarding your ticket?

    We are having the same issue with Contacts.  We are already using the Marketing List form (not the information form).  ANy other suggestion?  I will log an incident with Microsoft.

    Any updates from MS on this? We are having the same issue with Contacts. Works fine with Accounts or Leads.
