Business Process Flow multi-text field issue

Hi,

I have an issue with the use of a multiple lines of text field that appears on both the form and the business process flow.

If the field is populated from the form the field then populates the same field on the business process flow as normal.  However, when you hit next stage an error appears shown below:

This does not make sense since the field has text in there but is still in Italics and has not been ticked. The only way to fix this is what the user would then Copy the text, delete the content in the business process flow field, click out of the field and then paste it back in and then it works.

This is an intermittent issue, but many users have complained.

Surely, this should not happen.

Is there a resolution for this?

i'm not sure that is the case, because why would it work with the Description/Capture Summary field on the Lead form and Business Process flow?

I think for multi-text field it wont work like that. Can you please test it with normal text field.
