I am upgrading database to Business central wave 2, I have published Base app and System app successfully from Administration shell.
While publishing LS Retail app, i am getting the error.
Please suggest the solution.

LS Retail is a third party app, not released by Microsoft. However, here it seems that you're missing some assemblies (DLLs) in the addins folder of your service tier.
I would suggest you to be in touch with 3rd party solution distributor (LS Retail) to know more about this error.
From I could tell you, there might be chances that you have another LS Retail version installed that does not satisfy the criteria of publishing a new version. You could try to uninstall, unpublish, sync nav app and sync nav tenant before pubishing the new version.
It would be hard to troubleshoot this without a knowledge of what the 3rd party app does. That is why you should refer to LS Retail support through your CSP Partner or reseller.
