I need video training online!  I have a "service provider" who basically only answers specific questions or problems but 1. he's slow to answer and 2 when I do find the fixes on line I have to get him to Unlock" tasks for me 3 constantly upsells me.  Im too frustrated with not having real support and access to knowledge.  Its as if you went to a doctor because you have a cough and the doctor says take this pill but doesn't tell you what you have how you got it how to avoid it in the future - nothing.  I need real education - I can't be COMPLETELY dependent on others.

    if you are on a support plan, then you should have access to the online training modules for RMS under customersource.  

    These are online and self paced.   They will teach you the system functions, but not the more advanced break/fix or customization knowledge.

    You can always post your questions on the forum, but replies might be slower than your partner.

    Hi,

    You sound like me 4 years ago. Microsoft products are not open source and its not simple to find someone who give away things for free. Especially, if it is going to be an on going commitment. 

    • What sort of questions you have (or) what kind of training you are after?
    • Questions based on how to operate the software functionalities? or it is about customizing ?
    • If it is operational then I hope you already aware of default help options in RMS. 
    • If it is related to customization, have you tried going through the customization guide by Microsoft?
    • The above two sounds like "ye I knowww" then please elaborate your needs, so it gives some idea to fellow members.
