Hello everybody,

Basically the "problem" i have is already described in the title, i work for a company that stores products for other companies.
We send a detailed excel sheet everyday in wich our customers can see all the items and details they have stored here, we do this by using a self-made excel template.
Two colums in this excel sheet are "Registered date" and "Registered time", this information is taken from the table  "WMS Reg. Transactions Detail" and a filter is used regarding Transaction Type, so that the values are selected only from registered transfers.
Because these transfers is what its all about, in our excel sheet the customer wants to see the latest transfer per palletcode. But here comes the problem, sometimes a palletcode is transfered multiple times, this means there can be multiple lines in previously named table per palletcode, because the tables in Microsoft Dynamics are standard ordered from old to young this means the excel template picks the oldest transfer date and time connected to a certain pallet code.

The question: Is it possible somehow, to make it so the excel temple picks the last value if there are multiple values found ?  (added a screenshot of the excel template)

thanks in advance,
Vincent

Hi, I don't know how you made this Excel, but I personally suggest using Query, which is very convenient for getting the last value.

    Hope this helps.
    Thanks.
