Filter by Ship date in Outbound load planning workbench?

Hi,
 
We have activated the Shipments tab in the form /Outbound load planning workbench/. But it seems like it is not possible to use the filter /Ship date/ for the Shipment tab.
 
 
Does anyone know if that is /by-design/ or if it should work for Shipments as well?
