    Hi partner,

The ‘my order view’ has condition, just show records created by yourself, which means that only records that owner is current logger can be shown in the portal.

1.You should first check if there is a record that owner is the current user in ‘My order’ view.

2.check filter of the ‘My Order’ view.

Go Settings > Customization > Customize the system > Entities > Order > View.

As screenshot above, it also has some other filters, so if you want to display records in it, these records must in accordance with these condition.

Also you can create new another view that set filter as your need.

    Hi,

On the entity list in Portal management app, you need to configure the Filter Conditions. Set the Portal User Attribute to an appropriate relationship e.g. Owner or Created by etc.
