Enterprise portal installation is done but no vendor portal found

After installation of enterprise portal and completed initialization checklist (compile, full CIL and database synchronization), there is no vendor portal page when I access the EP link. Not sure what happened but i remember when installing EP, we only need to tick the "enterprise portal" option in the installation setup. Do I have to re-install the whole EP?

I also checked in the site actions/view all site content/sites and workspaces, there is no vendor portal page.
