Is there a way to have the question be above the field to fill in? I know this isn't Canvas Apps but they have a horizontal or vertical option to put the question above the fill in field and I was wondering if something like that exists in Dynamics?

Because longer questions look really bad as you have to click the ellipsis just to expand them.

Hi,

Put fields inside section on Model driven app form.

And set section field position properties under formatting tab to Top.
