How to Sale Fixed Assets on rent in Business Central?

Hi,

We have electronic equipment to sale on rent to the customers. Some time we need put maintenance cost on these equipment's.
Please guide which rental management add-on I should use and should I keep equipment as Item with type Inventory or Fixed Assets in Business Central?
