Outlook Crashes after CRM Plug in is installed

We have recently implemented the outlook plug in for CRM to our citrix environment and every time we open outlook we get the below trace log. Can we ask if some one has seen this before and how to resolve

    Hi Alexio, Exchange 2008 is not supported for CRM 2016 Exchange Server 2010 and upwards is supported, please see the reference below;

    Exchange Server 2003 - - Not Compatible

    Exchange Server 2007  - - Not Compatible

    Exchange Server 2010 Standard RTM 8.0.0.1088 Compatible

    Exchange Server 2010 Enterprise RTM 8.0.0.1088 Compatible

    Exchange Server 2013 Standard RTM 8.0.0.1088 Compatible

    Exchange Server 2013 Enterprise RTM 8.0.0.1088 Compatible

    Exchange Server 2016  RTM 8.0.0.1088 Compatible

    Please also note, that in a citrix environment you will need to pay attention to how you will manage multiple mailboxes as this may have an impact on Outlook in Cached Mode if you have limited resources available.

    Thanks Ryan we are using office 2010 and this is an implementation done for citrix environments using Exchange 2008 Server.

    Hi Alexio,

    I'm not sure which version of Outlook you are running, however if you are running Office 365 then you can use the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant for Office 365, which can be downloaded from diagnostics.outlook.com.  This should help with identifying and resolving issues.
