CRM CASE-Stages Business Process Flow

Hi, In CRM There are 4 stages as shown below

We have Timer . when the status is in Progress as shown below in Resolve in.

When we change the status from in progress to waiting for details. the timer in resolved in changes to Paused as shown below

Here is my question now"

Can i know suppose if someone has paused the status to paused.

who has paused and how long it paused????

any suggestions will be marked as verified . this would be more helpful

    Hi,

    From the video i shared previously,

    you can see the start date and end date. i made a calculated field to calculate the time.

    But how do you determine a field is pause? would be good if you can provide a scenario

    You can also do it with workflow.

    Step 1 Create 4 field Date1, Date2, Time Difference and Modified User(When status was pause)

    Step2 Check if status of case is "Paused" then update Date1 field with current date and time (Ref link : crmbusiness.wordpress.com/.../crm-2013-workflow-to-set-the-current-date-and-time) and also update Modified User field by Modified By field.

    Step 3 : Check if again status of case changes from "Paused to InProgress" if yes then again check if (Date1 ) field contain data then you can update Date 2 field with current date.

    Step 4: Get the time difference in workflow and update Time Difference field  (refer : community.dynamics.com/.../calculating-the-number-of-days-between-two-dates-with-workflow)
