CRM 2016 - Outlook 2013 Plugin VERY slow for 1 user....

Little bit of background on this, we upgraded our CRM from 2011 to 2016 late last year. For this 1 user, CRM 2011 worked flawlessly. Ever since we updated her, she has been experiencing extremely slow performance coming from the plugin.

She mainly opens an email and then clicks "Set regarding" and that's when it can take 30+ seconds or more to get the drop down box to show. This is relatively the only issue she has been having with it, but when she needs to track 200+ emails a day waiting 30 seconds each you can see why someone would be a little upset.

I have deleted the temp files through the Diagnostics application within CRM and that does nothing at all.

     not sure if it's related, but just in case:

    community.dynamics.com/.../112302

    it seems it was windows defender in that case.. Maybe there is yet another antivirus doing this?

    Viewed that before I created this post. Looks like that user is on the CRM Dynamics website for their company. We use that, but  this user has not had any issues with that. Only using the CRM plugin does she experience the slowness issues.

    Did you figure out any solution for that one user?  I have one user with the plugin who is experiencing slowness.
