Little bit of background on this, we upgraded our CRM from 2011 to 2016 late last year. For this 1 user, CRM 2011 worked flawlessly. Ever since we updated her, she has been experiencing extremely slow performance coming from the plugin.
She mainly opens an email and then clicks "Set regarding" and that's when it can take 30+ seconds or more to get the drop down box to show. This is relatively the only issue she has been having with it, but when she needs to track 200+ emails a day waiting 30 seconds each you can see why someone would be a little upset.
I have deleted the temp files through the Diagnostics application within CRM and that does nothing at all.
