Hello Experts,

When I create a sales order and uncheck the Skip auto price calculation toggle in the sales order creation form, the Do not process toggle gets turned on in the Sales order header and cannot be unchecked. Is there a way where I can get around this, as I need the prices to flow from the trade agreements defined in the Pricing management module and also be able to process the Sales order as well.

Pricing Management- Do not process toggle on the Sales order header.

This was solved by :

1) Enabling the Auto confirmation after completion toggle in the Pricing Management parameters.

2) Clicking on the Complete button in the Sales order action pane and completing the order.

Pricing Management- Do not process toggle on the Sales order header.

The 'Do not process' flagcan also be set for a Call Centre channel order when using order completion functionality and you have not clicked 'Complete' and/or Submitted the order with a Payment line.
