Contact Monkey Email tracking service compatibility.

Is the ContactMonkey email tracking service outlook addin compatible with CRM online 2013 outlook addin? I don't believe it integrates but if it will work alongside CRM is gives our sales people better real/almost real time email tracking info through it's image style email tracking service capability. Our sales folks like it and the boss wants them to be productive and successful. Any known facts? Idea's?

    Hi Kevin,

    For forwarded or shared mails you can track using email router. If you are using Outlook and want to auto track all the mails then users have to drag each e-mail into their personal inbox first and then they can track it.

    I can suggest you two methods.
