Unable to update /insert or delete the production record

As a global administrator, something has changed that I am not able to update /delete production record ( I am able to do the same on sand box)

Any thoughts?

    Also a possibility if you are using a trail environment that your trail period has expired.

    But i agree with Kin, Global administrator is a permission in Azure AD, your permission in Business Central is managed independently from Azure AD permissions.
