Hi, I am trying to update case title. The logic is when users select a value from a option set, the title field will be updated. It worked perfectly until when I migrated some resolved, and I got the error message like the below, so, I can not update case with a resolved status?

Try excel export/import for the title field. In some situations, export/import ignores those limitations, but I am not sure it would work with the cases.

Since you are on-prem, another option is to simply do it in the database (just be careful, create backups, etc)

That's right, you cannot update resolved cases. You have to reopen them, then update, then resolve them again (that's if you really wanted to).
