GP web service user denied access

I followed the admin guide for WSInstall 2010 and assigned the right roles and company X to a domain user account. The dynamicsgpservice.asmx comes up fine but when the user tries to connect to the web service, it's getting denied because the company associated is Fabrikam. How can I get the domain user account to come in with the default company X?

I've set up the role for the domain user account for only company X, not Fabrikam

Yes I did. Do I also have to assign the user to a user inside Entity ID Assignment?

Yes, they are. I'm running it on Windows 2008 32 bit

Yes, I did set this user up for company X in the Security Console

Hi ,

Please make sure to install the econnect runtime and ADAM or ADLDS role into ur web server.

Both the installed service accounts should be added in a ADAM or ADLDS security services.

When installing the Web services the application user account configured also to be the same above mentioned user accounts.

Are you using windows server 2003 or windows server 2008 or later?

Did you setup the roles for this user for all companies in the Security Console?
