Hi everybody,i am facing following error while integrating csv file in GP.Can anyone help me..............???????????

Establishing source record count...
Beginning integration...
DOC 1 WARNING: Field 'Reference' truncated at 30
Integration Complete
Integration Results
    1 documents were read from the source query.
    1 documents were attempted:
        0 integrated without warnings.
        1 integrated with warnings.
        0 failed to integrate.

Hi Talha

Looks like the Reference field in the source file is more than 30 characters and its getting truncated. It could be caused because of trailing spaces in the source field.

You can try to truncate leading and trailing spaces from the property window for the specific field in the Destination Mapping section.

Hi Talha

My two cents to this - A warning indicates that the document has still been integrated, but with a truncated reference field.

Typically when defining your integration, you can specify the maximum warnings and maximum errors you can allow for the integration.

If you dont want to integrate even when a warning occurs, you can specify the maximum warnings to 0, in which case the integration would fail when a first warning is issued.

This is just letting you know that what ever data you are putting in the Reference field is too long. It only will bring in the first 30 characters for this field.
