anyone having idea how I can define in system that from a specific location system should not reserve/allocate stock, while auto reservation being done for sales order.

Yes in that case user will have to block the goods always when they are moved to your FG warehouse location.
There are also input/output blocking codes which you can define on a warehouse location form [others tab under blocking group] . In case you define output blocked code then system will not reserve the goods when running shipment reservations but not sure in case of sales order reservation. thanks for your reply, we have a logical location in our FG warehouse, from that location warehouse person transfer items to Physical locations. problem is in sales order reservation system reserves stock from logical location which we have to restrict. link which you have provided is after transfer to logical location we have to block and than system will not pick. in this way it will double the work of warehouse person.
Inventory blocking feature was introduced in AX 2012. This is available under periodic section of Inventory and warehouse management. Refer to this post from the SCM team http://blogs.msdn.com/b/dynamicsaxscm/archive/2012/09/28/inventory-blocking.aspx
